Harcourt-Powell Chartered Surveyors was set up in December 2003 by Nicholas Harcourt-Powell who is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years of experience of surveying properties in the South Suffolk/North Essex areas. In February 2007 the firm incorporated as Harcourt-Powell Limited trading as Harcourt-Powell Chartered Surveyors. Nick Harcourt-Powell is an RICS Registered Valuer.
The Company is Regulated by the RICS, which is the pre-eminent organisation for professionals working in land, property and construction sectors in the U.K. and around the world, to meet the highest standards of competence and integrity.
We have been awarded a Certificate of Registration for Surveys and Valuations in recognition of our Quality System which complies with ISO9001:2008.
All the Staff live in the local community and between them have a wealth of experience of assisting Clients to meet their particular property needs.
