Harcourt-Powell was set up in 2003 by Nicholas Harcourt-Powell who is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 30 years of experience of properties in the South Suffolk/North Essex areas.

Janice Cadge joined the Company in the early part of 2006 to set up and establish the Residential Lettings Department adding 35 years of experience of the local property market to the business.
